01/What I can share
At this scale, a design system works more like a contract between hundreds of people who are never going to be in the same room than like a simple component library. The interesting work is all in the constraints, so how you define a token or a pattern in a way that survives being translated across different teams, tools, and years without everyone renegotiating it every single time.
My contribution sat in that structural layer, thinking through how decisions get encoded so they hold up under real organizational pressure. It is the same instinct that runs through everything else on this site, just applied where the stakes and the scale are at their highest.
02/Why it belongs here
I can’t show the screens here, and honestly I wouldn’t even if I could. What I can tell you is that the discipline it demanded, the precision, the restraint, and the habit of designing for a whole system rather than a single page, is exactly what the rest of this portfolio is built to show. Think of this as the enterprise-scale proof point sitting behind the smaller examples you can actually click through.
